Double Bathroom Remodel — James Island, SC

This James Island home got a full refresh with two complete bathroom remodels done simultaneously.
The primary bathroom was transformed from a dated, single-sink layout with a basic shower surround into a modern spa-inspired retreat. A new double vanity with quartz countertop, warm wood cabinets, and brushed gold fixtures anchors the space while the floor-to-ceiling marble-look tile with frameless glass sliding door and built-in niche makes a statement. New luxury vinyl plank flooring and updated lighting complete the primary bath’s modern polished look.

The secondary bathroom received the same level of attention despite its smaller footprint. The old tub surround was replaced with a tiled tub/shower combo and frameless glass slider, and finished with matching brushed gold hardware throughout. A new vanity, quartz countertop, updated lighting, and new flooring bring the same polish as the primary bath to the smaller hallway bathroom.

Home Office to Custom Bathroom: Downtown Charleston

This downtown Charleston home had an underused office nook with hardwood floors and striking diamond-shaped window. We transformed the space from the ground up into a custom bathroom, with a complete demo, new plumbing and electrical, and structural floor reinforcement. The focal point is a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and built-in niche paired with a vibrant green console sink and mosaic tile flooring. A new pocket door connects the bathroom to the adjoining bedroom, and the original trim was matched throughout to preserve the home’s character. What was once underused square footage has been transformed into a custom bathroom with style.

Bathroom Remodel with Wall Removal

This project involved removing a wall between two smaller spaces to create a single, more functional bathroom. The result is a more open layout with better flow, improved natural light, and room for a larger shower and updated vanity. Coastal Kitchen Remodel

Full kitchen and bar remodel in a coastal Isle of Palms home. Scope included custom cabinetry with cove crown molding, stone countertops, new sink and faucet, tile backsplash, and a decorative range hood. Hardwood floors were refinished throughout the kitchen, family room, hallway, foyer and bedroom. The bar area features a pantry cabinet, wine fridge, and wet bar. The result is a bright, open kitchen designed for coastal living.
