Our story began in Summerville when Nik Musap and Joe FitzPatrick founded “Leave it to Nick! LLC” as a painting and handyman business. As demand for our work grew, customers began trusting us with larger and more involved renovation projects. We expanded our team and capabilities to support full-service residential remodeling and eventually became LITN Home Improvements.
Today, we are a remodeling contractor handling kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole home remodeling, home additions, ADU construction and remodeling, historic home remodeling, and custom home remodeling. Although our projects have grown in scope, our local roots and commitment to dependable service remain central to the way we work.
